I know wat im having 2moro i hav it all planned out :)
Breakfast
30g poridge wit skimmed milk
Banana

Lunch
1/2 garlic wrap (2pp)
Lettuce, spring onion, cherry tomatoes
Laughing cow light triangle (1pp)
1 x slice of ham (1pp)
Apple and some grapes

Dinner
Spaggetti All' Americana (13pp)

Snack
Tea skimmed milk
Curlywurly
 
B - x2 crumpets with lurpak (7) homemade strawberry & blueberry smoothie (2) pear (0)

L - ww tomato soup (2) Warbutons square wrap with ww ham (5) ski mousse (2)

T - whole meal pasta, cherry tomatoes & feta (7) velvet crisps (2) shape delight (3) apple (0)

Serves-4

Ingredients
Tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
125g pancetta
Pinch if chilli flakes
2 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes
400g spaghetti
Salt nd pepper

Instructions
1. Heat oil in large saucepan nd sauté the onion, garlic nd pancetta for 4-5 mins until softened. Add chilli flakes nd tinned tomatoes, leave to simmer 15-20 mins. Season to taste
2. Cook pasta according to packet, drain. Stir sauce through and serve.


Just had mine it was yummy :) x
