    back again :wave_cry:

    yup gave up smokeing :smoke: and put all my weight (4st-4lb) back on :break_diet:

    after trying for many hours to get into something ---anything---that would fit me i fnally accepted i needed to cut down on the kebabs and chips and chocolate ive been scoffing :party0051:to help ease the

    nicotine craveings

    so heres to the next few months on ss and water

    and lots of :girlpower:from the minimins x
