These photos are amazing... you have all come a long way & you should be very proud of yourselves... It has prompted me to raid the photo collection looking for a picture that I can use as my BEFORE shot when I reach my goal

Maybe someday I'll try find a before picture. It'll be tough because I usually scarper when I see anyone with a camera. I've got about a stone and a half to go and I lost just over 2 and a half.
