Just got back from my weigh in and considering I went off track this week, surprisingly I have lost 1/2 a pound which has really given me the boost to keep on track now, so here is my food diary for today any feedback will be appreciated!
Breakfast: Cheese (HEA) on Toast (HEB)
Lunch: Bacon (F), Eggs (F) and Baked Beans (F)
Dinner: Ainsley Harriot Sun-dried Tomato & Garlic Cous Cous (3 1/2 syns) with 5 tbsp Tzatziki (5 syns)
Snacks: Banana, Clementine, Grapes
100ml Skimmed Milk for tea (1 1/2 syns)
