Hi, well i have lost 6.5 stone on TFR diet ( lipotrim then CD ) and 2 months ago I got married in a size 16 rather than a 26 which I was 10 months ago .. so thanks CD





I still have a few stone left to go but am recovering from a gallbladder op before I can get back on CD but I am soo glad I didnt have to get married the size I was and maybe when I am a size 10-12 I will renew my vows
