Wedding weight loss

So scales showed another pound off this morning :) but today has not been a low carb day....

B: strawberries, water and decaf coffee

Granola bar and coffee

L: soup - tesco sweet potato, coconut and chilli

D: will be good - cod fillet, split runner beans and cauliflower cheese

Do plan on doing the killer buns DVD but depends how late I get home as already starving!!!
 
Thanks :) not doing the shred in the traditional style of 30 days am doing a mix of shred, killer buns and thighs and a Pilates DVD to get a good mix. How's yours going?

That sounds good plus dont get bored then as such variety,I don't do the DVD now but I go to 4 gym classes sometimes 5 a week and do bokwa,abs,kettle bells,running and bootcamp,which is like 30 day shred but in an hour instead of 20 min.get addicted!just can't get back off the carbs I need to start again Monday as wanna look trim for hol in just over two weeks xxx

Wow that's an impressive exercise regime, if I was doing that I'd need the carbs! It's hard to get back into it after a break I struggled after Easter but if you can get through the first few days will be alrite :) good luck
 
So bad weekend - do so well during the week then blow it at the weekend....oh well can't be perfect 100% of the time :)
 
So been really off plan but started back yesterday, food so far;

Tuesday - b: detox tea and water
L: chicken slices and salad and decaf coffee
D: chicken stir fry and a coke zero

Wednesday - b: wholemeal oats, yogurt and berries
L: chicken salad from pret (no dressing) and decaf coffee
D: chicken fajitas (no wraps just lettuce)

Thursday - plan
B: strawberries and a coffee x 2
L: Chicken salad sandwhich - brown bread boots shappers and water
D: beef chilli with green veg

Back in the zone and joined the gym for the last month push, am just under 5 weeks away and want to hit my target of 9.7!

Sunday -

B: 25g porridge oats, 100ml fat free nat yog and berries
40 mins gym work out - lots of water

L: bacon, Parma ham, sun dried toms and mozzarella
Coffee whilst shopping - more walking

D:
 
Monday was good and did quite a bit of walking.

Tuesday - weight 9.12

B: protein flapjack and coffee
L: chicken salad, peppers and little feta another coffee and litre of water

Diet coke

Gym work out

D: TBC

Got to limit the coffee and have more water, going to try and only have one a day.
 
9st 11 today it's going down...3 weeks to go!
 
2 weeks to go and still 9.11 but have up'd the exercise so hopefully inches coming off. Just a few more is 4lbs a little ambitious in 2 weeks? Ummmm
 
9.10 this morning, slowly but surely coming down....today's menu;

B: blueberries, water and 1 x coffee
L: salad, chicken, peppers, sun dried toms
Sugar free cranberry drink for m&s
D: eggs, bacon and sausages
Did lots of walking today and will be drinking lots more water this evening.

Plan for tomorrow;

B:
L: chicken salad
D: turkey fajitas - lettuce wraps
 
Wedding is long gone and I'm back to Pre low carb weight :-( Don't know how to change the title of diary so will pretend its still true

So am back, not being as strict on myself just low carb and healthy.

Day 1 Wednesday 4th Sept

B: green apple and coffee
1 litre of water
New "bounce" protein thing - was high fibre no HF etc
L: beef stir fry with salad leaves and cucumber
Sprite zero
D: chicken curry and broccoli
Lots of water
Hot water with lemon

Plan for rest of the week Thursday:

B: blueberries
L: chicken, bacon, mayonnaise, mixed lettuce leaves
Caffeine free red berry tea
D: Cod fillet, asparagus, split runner beans and hollandaise sauce

Friday:
B: granola bar and 1 coffee
L: chicken, peppers, broccoli, green beans, roasted veg, spinach
Can of coke zero
D: chicken in Parma ham with green beans in a tomato, onion garlic sauce

Comments welcomed....will be weighing myself on a Tuesday.

So official weight 10.10

So that means we need a loss of 17 lbs to take me down to 9.7.

Tomorrow's plan;

B: bacon and a coffee (dash of skimmed)
L: chicken salad
D: sausage and eggs

Lots of water and hopefully a gym work out after work
