Doesn't seem many of us about this week, maybe the snow has hindered us.

Today I am one banana tetra down and two pints of water. Heading for the kitchen in a mo for a nice warm cup of Bouillon. This diet makes me so cold in the hands and feet, my work colleague has suggested going for a run to warm myself up :( I think I will pass and just stick me feet on the rad. :)

Just got home from work......certainly not many people about today. Just a ques can you have boullion while on ss? would be nice to have something to keep me warm instead of coffee.

Day 3 for me today, staying strong, even went to the caf with ppl from work at lunch and while they ordered greasy brekkies, I ordered a black coffee and had water! :) I was a bit proud

As far as I know and have been advised I can bouillon whilst SSing. I only use 1/2 teaspoon in hot water but just holding a warm mug makes me happy. I always chuck an extra pint of water in for good measure - good luck with day 4 :D
