Right I am off to bed now, just going to make my last choccie. I am so pleased one whole day in abstinence. Sorry if it sounds silly to you all but I have struggled so badly I cant beleive I have actually done it.

I will try and get on before I leave tomorrow, but if I dont hope all of you have a great weekend and I will catch up when i get back.

Thanks LL - I know how you feel - i too have been struggling. I am hoping that tomorrow I can make it through the day without even thinking of lapsing. Its a constant chattering at the moment that I am occasionally giving in to and its hampering my progress although I am pleased that I have had some loss.
