Thought I would start this off :D

I'm still having a problem to make myself eat at the mo:confused: just not hungry for some reason, that's a first for me I can tell you lol

Soooooo......

Not had brekkie, just some hot water

Lunch - lettuce, quorn ham and marmite sandwich (1 HEB)

Tea - Quorn sausage, chips and beans

Although tonight is my weigh in and I don't eat before I go and by the time I get home I normally don't fancy anything:confused:

In between I will probs have a banana and some carrot sticks and cucumber:D

B: Soreen malt loaf with spread 11 syns (eek, who knew?)
L: Macaroni & cheese, with salad
D: Duck breast with chinese 5 spice, noodles HE B's & stir fry veggies

S: mullerlight, fruit
E: Run
W: 2 litres

No, 11 syns is SO not worth it, even without spread, they are 5 syns per slice! and I thought I was being good as they say they are low fat! I have a friend in the office who loves it so I will bring it in for him!! :)
