1st weigh in tonight for 3 weeks & gained 1/2lb. I know it's not a huge gain but as it's over 3 weeks it just shows that the 4 bad days out of 7 was not worth it. I have been on track now for 12 days.
Little 1.5 gain but am fine as lost 7lb last week and was really sick. Back on track and better now. Well done all the losses and chin up sts and gainers. X

So chuffed with that - after all the threads recently about gaining in week 2 I really didn't know what to expect.
