I STS this week happy enough as i had a very bad weekend-just glad i didnt undo any of the good work id done so far-100% on plan this week methinks is badly needed!! x
My 4th week SW only lost 1lb not sure what's wrong I am doing the EE plan which I find easy to stick to eat pretty much as normal, think maybe my portions need a bit of control as I have to eat till all gone no matter how big the portion, thinking smaller plates! but don't want to make myself hungry through not eating enough
Any advise appreciated
