Wednesday Weighers

1 and half pounds lost, chuffed with that as I've managed to stick to plan when having really bad cold, now for my treat a curly wurly lol
 
D14, down be down on yourself, last week your body was shocked after what you said you previously ate and if you're shredding .... I can't remember the exact science but again, if your body isn't used to exercise, it's shocked and fluid will be retained to protect muscles previously not really worked hard.

Well as for me, lost a pound. I'm feeling a bit stale as still on meds for knee ligaments which bloat and constipate. Still can't shred or do much more than gentle walking. I know I know, half a stone is still half a stone but I wanted it to be double that by now but that's partly down to injury and meds and partly down to my love of socialising!
 
1lb off this week! And I feel awesome as I got my 1.5st shiny! Wahoo! Now for my club 10, that's my next target, 2lb to go! ;)
 
Well I lost 1.5lbs this week, meaning I have lost 7lbs in two weeks. Got my half stone award also.

I am a little disappointed with such a "small" loss (I know, every loss is a good one!) after losing so much last week. I was hoping for 3lbs. I have been on plan 100% and doing the 30 day shred every morning so I was a bit upset that i'm practically kicking my butt with the shred and not a big loss :(

have you taken your measurements? i have followed the 30ds for a while and have lost 4inches around my chest, 3 around me waist, 2 around my hips, and 1.5 around my arms... however i havent lost that much weight

well done for getting your 1/2 stone award and ur first shiny!!!!!
 
Gutted. Gained half a pound. I know it's only half but I'm so close to target, been 100% on plan, exercising and know that I'll have a gain next week (birthday tomorrow).
 
Well done to all those who lost this week :) 1lb off for me so happy with that :)
 
Pound on, but it will be worse next week...damn birthday :p x
 
Lost 4.5 pounds, bringing me to the grand total of... 4.5 pounds :D
 
Thanks for the nice comments re my "small" loss this week. I felt really bloated last night and got a sharp pain in my side which usually means one thing....TOTM is due this weekend! So that probably doesn't help with my weight, I always go up a few lbs around my time of the month.

Either way I am looking at things much more positive today. If I had lost 3.5lbs last week and 3.5lbs this week, I would be over the moon with joy...so I am going to appreciate my 1.5lbs loss last night. A loss is better than a gain and I am eating very healthy :)

STS - cant really complain I was really narked last week after having a pound gain for no reason (I had been exceptionally good)

So i ate for England -sw chips, 3 syn free rosemary red onion sausage, 3 slices white bread and butter, 12 silverskin pickled onions, ketchup, 3 Chunky Kit Kat, 6 Borboun Biscuits and a couple of gingers - this was the first pig out Id had in a whole year... Boy did I feel sick - so at least now i feel the pound gain the week before has been avenged.

Back to it proper now - so hopefully will see the 10s soon.

Peppermint tea reduces bloat ;)
