Wednesday Weighers

I've been doing sw for 2 weeks now. Lost 1/2 lb at last nights weigh in which I'm pretty disheartened by as I've been good all week! In my first week I lost 5.5lbs. Maybe I'm just being impatient! I'm glad I'm still losing but wondering if extra easy is the best option for me?

Starting weight - 10st 2
Goal weight - 8st 10

Hope this doesn't sound mean but considering you only have less than 2 stone to lose, 6lbs in two weeks is VERY good. I have 6 stone to lose in my first week I lost 5.5, 1.5 in my second and 3.5 in my third.
 
Half for me this week but big loss last week so looking forward to a big loss next week
 
1lb off for me last night. A wee bit disappointed to be honest as I've had a really good week.
 
Lost 1lb yesterday was happy with that as it was my sons 1st birthday and had a slice to many of bday cake lol :)

I lost 5.5 in the first two weeks and I'm 3 1/2 stone heavier than you. If you had lost 3 and 3 I bet you'd be pleased try and look at your losses over more than one week :)
 
Hi Ladies, am new here but normally weigh on a wednesday so figured id give my last weigh in for this wednesday just gone, I lost 1.5lbs bringing my total to 9lbs in 4 weeks - roll on next week :)

I had my first weigh in yesterday and lost 8lbs.. really pleased :)
 
Just wondering how we are all doing this week? I'm doing reasonable, bit of room for improvement over past /
24 hours but am trying hard today x

I'm shining my halo a little, Fri, Sat, Sun, mon should all be red days :) I've trampolines every day and used powerspin for arms. And I've just dog walked for an hour. Not gone over 10 syns a day yet, which is very good for me!
