Another one here dreading tomorrow. That's even if I get there as I've so much to do at work before the iow festival kicks off.

I've not been bad with food but I've drunk flipping loads of booze!

I've no idea how this week will go, there were good bits and bad bits and bits where I was violently ill... I'll just take whatever it is on the chin. I wanted 1.5 off this week for my 3.5st shiny, but I'm not sure I will have done it / deserve it if i do!

I started at 27 stones and 0.5 lbs, I'm now 25 stones and 5 lbs

Got weighed this morning and .... Lost 2lb! SO happy now, really feel I can get back on track properly. It's my birthday today and my lovely consultant got me a big bunch of flowers (I do her pay table too.) Then as it was also another girls birthday she got the whole group to sing happy birthday. Think I would have died if I had gained the expected!
