Sorry I haven't checked in at all, I don't know where this week has gone. I had a smaller loss this week and lost 1lb but I'm pleased I lost at all as I was out a lot at the weekend. MUST have a good week this week now!

Wow! some fab losses on here so far for this week's weigh in!!! 
I'm the one doing the slow slow slow loss for some reason - i'm sticking to it but after 3 weeks have only lost 2.5 pounds, which is a little disappointing. :cry:
Weigh-in for me is at 7.30 tonight so i'm trying very hard to fight the urge to munch this afternoon - sometimes you just want to eat more than others!
Keep fingers crossed for me and i hope to be back on here later telling you that i've at least had a loss instead of a STS or gain (in which case i probably won't be on here as i'll be too busy in the pub downing pints of lager and eating scampi fries whilst drowning my sorrows......):break_diet:.

Just heading out to get weighed had a bad week hoping for no more than 2lb gain !! Will report when I get back x

Hello everyone gah I've been AWOL for weeks, Mother Dear got married last Wednesday so its been a manic month! Well done everyone ! Well done any Women of The Year. I've managed through severe body magic to STS today post wedding, Thank goodness, I'm 1 LB off 6 stone target, that lb is illusive! And today i won our Woman of the year award, I've had my arm twisted to go to the regional finals, becuase my Con hasn't been before. I did 18 years ago. I don't like a lot of fuss lol. Wanna see some pics? it was a lovely day, except all the rain, ruined any outside photos for the venue later. Don't quite recognise myself when I look at the pics, al Thanks to SW keep up the good work everyone xxx

1 on for me this week am ok with that after a bad week & I got weighed in the morning last week too !!! it will most definitely be off next week
