oh and i just realised my bmi fell below 50 this is huge for me and i started exercising swam 32 lengths yesterday started at gym today only did a 17 min workout (part of the local councils one to one scheme - the instructor very very mean lol) I almost vomited and its took a good 2 hours to feel normal again, that charity triathlon I plan seems very very far away im delighted with the loss tho as ive not ate that well with moving house and stuff now its the dangerous time for me as 2 stones is where i tend to give up if I can get to 3 stone I know I can stick at it in the long run
Well after Being in Blackpool for the Weekend..3 Days off Plan i Weighed in last Night with a Massive 5lbs GAIN!!!
I was Certainly expecting a Gain but not to that Extreme..just goes to show that returning to old Eating habits only for 3 Days done me no Favours. Quite Scary how Fast the Weight can go back on again!! Today is a New Day..and im Determined to get that Weight back off for Next Week and get my 5 Stone Award

2lb off for me and finally got my half a stone award!! yay! i've made slow progress but am on the right track. Unfortunately i have a week away in scotland with my in-laws next week and am concerned that i'll get a gain. You can't really stay at someone's house and expect them to cater for a slimming-worlder! I will do my very best to be excellent before i go and after i come back, and hopefully will be able to stick to it to some level while i'm away - if i get a STS at my weigh in in 2 weeks i'll have done well....... xxxx
