Tbh it's not as bas thus far as I feared. I exercise a hell of a lot so I think thats helping. I've still got a few stone to go so It might become more of a problem but I'd rather deal with that and be healthy than be 28 stone.

Well had a Gain last Night : 1.5lbs And after a Half Pound Loss last Week things are Slowing Down & now reversing a Heck of a Lot !!

So having a Rethink about Changing Plan again to Kick Start my Metabolism, Also Join my Local Gym.. Im 4 Months Post Op now so safe to Do so..

I lost 3 lbs last night and was really pleased, I would like at least 3 lbs off next Wednesday which will give me my 7.1/2 stone award and take me into the 12 stones which I can't remember being for a long long time
