3lb off! Yaaaaaaaay :)
 
2lbs off for me. I've changed my workout from Cardio to weights so I was a little worried but so far so good.

Well done everyone!!! :D on to next week.

Excersise is a funny thing! I havnt had my usual Zumba sessions this week cos of bad weather and the instructor cancelling but I eat and lost more than I do at other weeks :/ weird!

Yeah I agree, I'm so used to doing lots of running in a week and thats worked for me so to change my regime is a little scary.
 
Yes u will vix and that target is an arms length away dont lose sight of it you can do it x
