Week 7 WI for me today, 5.8lb down this week.

I lost 13 pounds I'm assuming it will start to slow down next week but I will be happy with 3 pounds next week as then my BMI falls under 30.

Hey. So it looks like Wednesday will be my weigh in day. Funny because last time I did lighter life years ago my weigh in was on weds too! Sign or what?
Started today and my start weight is 100kg. I look forward to jumping on the scales this time next week!

Morning my first weigh in today and I have lost 10.6lb I just cannot believe it!! Wooooo

Only 3lbs for me this week
I put it down to totm being massively present in my life this month as I've been 100% since day 1.
Still a loss is a loss though

Well done that's a great loss especially being your totm... My totm appeared yesterday which is why I'm surprised at my loss it normally scuppers me!
