    Morning all, knackered today thankfully only one more day this week! :D

    I am having another red day today

    B: Pumpkin breakfast cookie HE A, HE B, 3.5 syns, skinny sf vanilla latte HE A
    L: Jerked chicken salad with HB egg, 1.5 salad dressing, pear
    D: Syn free sausages, new potatoes HE B, salad 2 syns for olive oil
    MA: banana

    E: 1 hour with trainer
    W: 2 litres
