Week 1 results

I lost 5lbs which I'm happy with especially as I can already feel the difference in some of my clothes.

My OH lost and amazing 9lbs! I'm really pleased for him. He's taken to the water drinking like a duck to water since I told him that someone on here said "the more you drink, the more you shrink"

Lol - I will but he usually works quite late and doesn't have much time left over to spend on the board. I keep him up-to-date with what's happening and he was pleased to hear about all the well-wishers after his first weigh-in.
