Week 1 versus week 26

    After six months on this TFR mallarkey just thought it worthwhile to compare week 1 and week 26........

    I was topping 21st and I am now in the 14s.
    I've lost over six stone at this stage.
    I had high blood pressure and now its normal, no meds at all.
    Cholesterol was up and now all blood tests are great.
    I was a size 26/28 and now I'm size 16/18 even some 14s.
    My BMI was 44.7 and now it is 31.6.
    I had zero energy and now I'm bouncing around.
    I avoided people and places and now I'll go anywhere.
    I could go on and on but you catch my drift!!
    The weeks fly by and every week it is great to see another couple of pounds gone. For anyone who feels daunted by the journey ahead, take your courage in your hands and stick with it. We can all do it if we try!!!!!
