Thanks Caroline, I was very good all week, apart from a few gins on Friday night but even them I had calories for so have been angelic ;)

BTW its 10lbs down this morning. I know I know I shouldn't weigh myself everyday but it keeps me going.

Hehe I wonder how many calories you burn admiring your young lad at the gym hehe!

It is hard to avoid the scales every day - just don't let the dips and bumps demotivate you and weighing in every day isn't a problem.

Go you :D Keep it up :D

Well done Tange - thats great. I'm another one for standing on the scales everyday too. Try not to, but then I imagine I have lost more than i have so I'm disappointed the next time I stand on them.
