Week 1 weigh in

Iv lost 6lbs .. Which is fine coz I am a slow starter..

But I don't understand, when I woke up I weighed myself straight away and it was 158.4lbs and now it's 160.2 ... Is that normal or do I need new scales

Have you drunk water or had a food pack inbetween weighing? I normally weigh first thing and dont compare weight again until the next day or a few days later (generally check daily though!). I think as long as you weigh at around the same time each day, with similar clothes on each time, you will get an accurate picture of your weight.
