and i have lost 6lbs this week... so that's 3st 6 and 1/2 lbs in 10 weeks...

scales read 7lbs down yesterday so i was slightly gutted cos i wanted a nice round 7lbs off...

but don't get me wrong i am still happy

thanks girlies i am chuffed because the last 3 weigh in's have been a bit naff and my motivation was dropping but i feel a lot happier now...

can't wait to get to the 4st mark as i will be roughly half way there
