    Diet:
    was on Cambridge diet NOW Weight watchers
    Really pleased as i lost 3lb this week!!
    Was a tiny weeeny bit gutted it wasn't 4lb as im only 1lb of 50lb lost now, but hey i cant grumble. this time 10 weeks ago i weight 18stone and 3lb - i'm now weight 14stone and 10lb.
    Gonna stick at ss+ until im down to around 13 stone, then loose weight through maintence. Think i'd be happy around 11 and a half stone as i'm quiet tall. So really only another 3 stone to loose - never thought it would be achievable.

    Brilliant losses Newcastle Chick - hope I can do as well as you! I know what you mean about wanting to round it up to 50lb tho! We do set ourselves these little targets don't we, hehe:)
