Week 11

i knew id have a big loss with yet another sickness. -10 loss this week and i am in the 10s

Most do some serious toning. because ive lost it so fast i now have loose skin in places. I am thrilled to bits.
i am now 10st 13lb

Now i must get better for christmas.
