2 pounds is still good- and some people seem to slow right down closer to goal, then bang, 6 pounds off or something. 50 pounds! thats a good number!

I'm nowhere near to goal and I only lost 2 lbs this week but the pharmacy lady thought it was as I'd lost 8lb last week.
At least its going down :)

i did 2 last week and thought, crap this is it...here comes the slow weight-loss for a bit, but then this week back into the 4's... funny ol diet when you can't physically change your intake, you'd think it would be the same every week! anyways, better than a gain (or maintain) and i bet you lose more next week...! x
