    Back on track with another 4lb loss this week extremely happy as im not in the 20stone band now and that is an amazing boost. Hope your all doing well and thank you all for sharing your thoughts as inspiration.

    That's fantastic Mark, so proud of you!
    And I think it's brilliant you had a little time off and you came back, that shows real strength!
    I'm on a little re-feed at the mo, off to the US with work on Sunday for 5 days, planning on returning to TFR on Monday 17th. Re-feed has gone really well though, lost 3.5lb the first week, and maintained since. Deliberately kept myself in ketosis (basically doing Atkins).

    thats cool got room in your suitcase for me ???? actually gives me a little time to catch you back up lol:)
