I want to lose about another 4 and a half stone. Similar to you I think. And we are pretty much the same height too!! I hope in a way we do lose the same each week, it will keep us motivated!! How are you getting on, anyway? I am feeling good. But I am rubbish at drinking enough water - I keep being told that this is the key to big losses, and keep trying but I just forget - it's not even as though I don't like water and i do drink quite a lot anyway but I know it should be more. Ah well.
When is your next weigh in? Mine is Mondays at about 5:30 usually. Let me know when yours is and I shall make sure to think of you at that time! x

My first target is 11 stone so got 4 stone 2lb to go! I am having trouble drinking the water too at the minute. Think I'm just getting fed up with going to the loo a million times a day at work!!!
How weird is this - my WI is Monday too but at 5.45pm haha! :)
