    Hiya, forgot to post on friday i had my weigh in and i've gained 2lbs.

    Which considering I've still not done a lot of excersise because of these pain patches and I'm due totm i'm not surprised or too upset about it! lol.

    Thank you to everyone who keeps gee-ing me on too, i really appreciate it.

    I've also been forgetting to say that I'm no longer on Lipotrim at all and now just healthy eating and exercising since mid december which is bloody hard but worth it! :)
