Hi gang

This week i have lost 5.5lbs making a total of 20 pounds lost in 3 weeks! Im so chuffed with myself and sooooooo glad i found LT.... I big special thank you goes out to the makers of Dulcolax

OOoo oo i forgot to mention... im NO longer OBESE!! Just plain old overweight..Yipppeeeee!
