Hi everyone,
I've been reading posts for sometime, and one of the things I notice is that in Ketosis, you are no longer hungry
This week I have been so hungry, that it is distracting me! I've not had anything but my 3 shakes and shed loads of water. My weight loss slowed down too (2lb last week), but my CDC said its normal for people to have a low loss in week 3.
Is it just me, or is it normal?
