week 4 on refeed guys and girls my god

just to update i have lost 5lbs in the 3 weeks of refeed doing last week then going onto gi diet but to be honest the food ive been eating is lush filling and dont grsve chocolate or fried food any more and cant stop excersing addicted to it been doing 60 80 miles a week on road bike there is nothing to be worried about eating again well done to every one on lt its life changing

What a great loss! All your cycling and eating healthily is sure paying off.....

I did the GI before and it makes sense and I never felt hungry at all because of the choices I made. Didnt realise normal baked spuds dont fill you up as much as Sweet potato....you learn all the time!
