hi everyone..just got weighed and lost another 5lb! my god, im so pleased!! i cannot believe ive lost 24lb in just under a month!! long may it continue

oh - because your BMI and your weight loss is similar to mine, I just wondered if we were a similar height too, but we're not I'm only 5ft!
