Week 4 Weigh In

Hi all, after a very clean week I lost an amazing 7lbs, can't believe it but I have worked my backside off this week.

3 x 3 mile jogs
1 x 60min session of 5 a sides
1 visit to gym (Treadmill 25 mins / Rowing machine 10 mins)

In addition I've completely stopped eating after 8pm, taking in more water and just about now cut out bread.

It has been hard but I new myself I had lost a good few pounds this week which keeps me focussed.

Got my 1 month appointment with the Doctor tomorrow so we'll see how that goes.

Week 4 7lbs loss
Week 3 4lbs loss
Week 2 2lbs loss
Week 1 4lbs loss

Total 4 week loss 17lbs :D

Wow! 7lbs is fantastic!
You have worked so hard this week and your weight loss just goes to show that if we stick to it and make the extra effort to step up the exercise we will see the results.
