    CD SS
    3lb off - total of 20lb in first four weeks. I'm quite chuffed with that particularly as am horribly constipated still AND its TOTM. Almost zero inch loss this week too.

    However....today seemed to be The Day When People Noticed - have had SO many comments about having lost weight! Yay!
