1.5lb loss:D

Im chuffed to bits as thats 8.5lb in 4 weeks!! Slow and steady wins the race!

Im upping the exercise this week as Im going to work towards my body magic awards and have started walking again with a friend. I used to run but I know I need to build up slowly so walking is good for me now. Im going to aim for 3 times a week plus a bit of stuff on the wii and Im hoping for another next week before I go on my holiday!!!

Heres to another great week! x
 
That's fantastic stuff!! It's better to loose slowly than for it to drop off and you to gain it and more all over again! Gently introducing exercise helps too; well done you! Xx
 
Well done!! And it's not that slow - it's taken me 7, nearly 8 months to lose a stone!!! Good luck with keeping it up xx
