3 stone 1lb in 5 weeks/43lbs. I heart LT so much I kissed the shake packet. If you're reading this and you're just starting out or thinking of trying LT then keep at it! I was such a weak willed person and if you'd have told me that I would survive on 450 calories a day and only drink water, and then lose 3 stone in 5 weeks, I would have laughed so hard I'd have probably peed myself a wee bit.
I didn't feel any different this week so was expecting about 3lb at the most, and this is week 5 so I was expecting everything to stabilise and was hoping for about 4lb a week from here on in. So when the chemist starting screaming and said I was the biggest loser they've ever had at this point, and I was whooping the ass of the men my heart started thumping. When she said 7lb my jaw hit the floor WTH!
It must be due to the fact I do not sit down. I'm usually on my feet from 6:30am until 9-10pm. I think that has a lot to do with it. OR it could be the fact *TMI ahead* I took a senokot max on Saturday night and lost the equivalent of a small puppy on Sunday morning.
So needless to say I'm elated and I could not have done this without this forum and the AMAZING support, advice, humour and just all round general fabulousness of everyone single one of you! I thank you all so much as you keep me going strong with your inspirational losses, stories and encouragement!
