Week 6 - Simply Unbelievable!!

I cannot believe that after only six weeks of Exante that I've lost THREE STONE! I had a 6lb loss this week which brought be down to 231, I haven't been this weight in about four years. I'm giddy with the excitement!

Oh god it feels amazing! Like they reckon you'll lose a stone a month, I've done it in half the time I allowed for it?! I'm so happy, I hope everyone gets to feel like this soon!
