Week 6 weigh in

Hi all I introduced some food this week - ketosis recommended obviously! Not a lot but from living off bars and shakes it was sooooo nice!!! I've weighed a day early as will be drinking for first time tonight at a party. Have lost 5lbs which is great as I wasn't sure how it would go after eating. Now dead on 14st. Lost 38lbs in total so I'm really really pleased!! 46lbs to go!!
