So have my week 7 w.i this morning - but weighed myself last night and lost a measley 1lb so im not expecting miracles!!!
Also gonna be goin up to ss+ if cdc is happy with that as im fallin off the wagon more and more - hoping that mayb an evening meal might stop me grazing, and well for the last 3 wks my highest weight loss has only been 3lbs so i dont see the point in starvin myself for results like that lol!
And...... The sun is out yayyyyy!!!!
