Well goodness... another 4lb gone this week and I thought it was a bad week!

I'm now only 1lb away from having lost 40lbs!!!

I've said it before & I'll say it again I couldn't have done it without this forum & the advice and encouragement I've received through it. Thanks again Ladies & Gents!
