Had my ninth WI today it has gone so quick lost a further 5lb's this week, was feeling aprehensive today as i quit smoking this week & thought this might have an impact on my weight loss as my pharmacist said it's all in the head.

Wow you are brave! I gave up smoking 9 months ago, and started again (having 2-3 a day) since I started lipotrim so hats off to you! You must have tremendous willpower!
