do you class the week before star week or the actual week ?

only asking as i tend to put on just before and lose as soon as its over.

mine depends on how long it is before i am due, for example

if weigh day is wednesday and i am due on thursday or friday i would class that as star week

if weigh day is wednesday and i am due the next tuesday then i wouldnt class it as star week

hope that makes sense
