Weekends a rollin round!

I always find weekends hardest when it comes to staying on plan, as many temptations lurk..ie the biccie tin at MIL's home. Always a favourite for me .

This will be my first weekend doing Sw so hopefully will be in the kitchen 'experimenting' to see what can come up with and avoiding the usual trip ups.

weekends are hardest for me because of the vast alcohol intake, im doing ok though as our usual drinking buddies are skint atm so cant come round on saturday night anymore
