weetabix Oaty bars

Does anyone know if these are a HEXB?
I'm sure I've seen it somewhere - but I can't find it!!
Didn't go to group last week as I was away and forgot the password the week before so I can't look online.
No major issue if noone knows - its class tomorrow night.

I'm pretty sure you can have one oaty bar, any flavour, for a HexB xx

Just checked SW online and you can have any flavour as a HExB

Right, just checked by doing a search as there was an argument over these before...they are 1 bar for a HexB and 3.5 syns if you wanted to count them as syns xxx

No they are not HEx's. The only cereal bars that are HExB are Hi-fi bar, 2 alpen lights, or kelloggs all-bran honey and oat bar.

Hmmm just seen the other replies, yet my book says they are not... (food optimizing and syns book).

Somebody posted it a couple of wekks ago. They'd got it off the website (I can't verify this as i don't have access), which seems to have a lot more things listed as Healthy Extras than there are in the book xx

The book only has a few suggested HE A's and B's.
To get the full lists you need to log onto the official SW site....there are absolutely loads of things to be had!!

I'm the same dudette! I stick to the same Hex's because I only know a few. I have an out of date book to use if I need something super quick and this forum.x

The healthy extras list is always changing. New products arrive, older ones get discontinued, ingredients are changed. SW frequently updates the list.

It's good to regularly check the SW list of HE's because things are added and changed or removed all the time. That's how I discovered my favourite of all SW things..... kellogs fibre plus bars!

mmm I'm going to try those Kellogs bars!! I always stick to the alpen ones, but its good to have a variety so you dont get bored of them!!!
