Weigh in number 2!

I've lost 2.5lbs which although doesn't sound much, I am happy with!

My CDC thinks that it's because of my 'toilet troubles' = water retention!!

I've got some bars and will also have 2 lots of fibre 89 a day and see how I go.

I will measure myself on Saturday again and I'm sure I'll have another good inch loss - it was 8.5" last week - can't grumble at that!

Hope everyone is ok today - it's rather windy here!!!

why not try pyslium husks? i put a table spoon in with my shake for breakfast its like creamy porridge and i go regular using that... i was awfull for constipation i cant stress enough how much its helped me..
Where do you buy yours from? I've only seen the capsules in H&B.
