Weight loss in 10 days???

Hi everyone just a quickie by the time I manage to get in to see my CDC I will have been on SS for 10 days. I need motivation...how much do people seem to lose in their first 10 days? Xx

Depending how big you are ( and looking at you pic you dont have to much to lose) but maybe around 10-12 pound if its your 1st week probly if you have alot to lose
