Weight loss journey begins

Hello everyone. My weight loss journey starts (again). I want to loose roughly five stone. January is bit if a tough month finance wise, so officially I start February. I intend to start swimming as often as I can. I love zumba and. Shall be doing that as well. I work shift patterns and find it difficult to eat as regular times, which I know does not help matters . So any hints and tips would be much appreciated. Wishing everyone a slimmer and healthy new year x
